ARTIST DISTRIBUTION & CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

This Artist Distribution & Content Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
Spotivik.com (“Spotivik”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a digital music and content distribution platform operating in the Federal Republic of Nigeria,

(“Artist”, “you”, or “your”)
By submitting music or content to Spotivik.com, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. GRANT OF RIGHTS (NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE)
1.1 The Artist grants Spotivik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, distribute, and promote submitted content on Spotivik and affiliated platforms.
1.2 The Artist retains full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to their content at all times.
1.3 This Agreement does not restrict the Artist from distributing their content on other platforms.
2. ARTIST WARRANTIES
The Artist confirms that:
- The content is original or properly licensed.
- No unauthorized samples or copyrighted material are used.
- All collaborators have granted permission for distribution.
- The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The Artist agrees to be responsible for any legal claims arising from their submitted content.
3. MONETIZATION & ADVERTISING
3.1 Spotivik may display advertisements (including third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense) on pages where content is displayed.
3.2 These advertisements help support platform operations including hosting, development, moderation, and maintenance.
3.3 Content submission does not automatically guarantee monetization or revenue sharing unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
3.4 Earnings for creators (if applicable) are based on engagement, traffic quality, and advertising availability. Revenue is not guaranteed and may vary over time.
3.5 All content must comply with advertising network policies and platform guidelines. Spotivik may remove any content that violates these requirements.
3.6 Spotivik complies with Google Publisher Policies and other advertising network requirements.
4. COPYRIGHT (DMCA) & CONTENT REMOVAL
4.1 Spotivik respects intellectual property rights under applicable copyright laws.
4.2 Artists may request content removal by contacting:

Requests must include:
- Name and stage name
- Content title
- URL of content
- Reason for removal
- Proof of identity
4.3 If a copyright complaint is received, Spotivik may temporarily disable content while investigation is ongoing.
4.4 Repeat infringement may result in account suspension or removal.
4.5 Counter-Notice: If content is removed and the Artist believes it was done in error, they may submit a counter-notification for review.
5. CONTENT STANDARDS
Artists must not upload content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
- Is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
- Promotes hate speech or violence
- Contains fraudulent or misleading material
Spotivik reserves the right to remove or reject any content that does not meet platform standards.
6. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains valid while content is hosted on Spotivik.
Content may be removed:
- At the request of the Artist
- For legal or policy violations
- For platform safety or compliance reasons
7. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
The Artist operates as an independent content creator.
8. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Spotivik is not liable for indirect damages, revenue loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
All services are provided on an “as available” basis.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable copyright regulations.
10. TRANSPARENCY & PLATFORM COMPLIANCE
Spotivik is a digital content distribution and monetization platform that complies with Google Publisher Policies and industry advertising standards.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document represents the full agreement between Spotivik and the Artist. Updates may be published on Spotivik.com.
ACCEPTANCE
By submitting content, the Artist confirms that:
